What We Do
The Chesterfield NFL Flag Football League (CNFL) is The Twenty Four Foundation's pilot program — an official NFL Flag affiliate league for middle and high school boys and girls in Chesterfield County, Virginia. Flag football is one of
the fastest-growing sports in the country, and the CNFL brings that energy directly to the community.
How It Works
The field is just the start. Players build STEM and career readiness skills directly through the game — from data analytics to sports science — while high school and college-age participants and community members can get involved behind the scenes. Whether that's videography, social media, data, or operations, the CNFL creates real upskilling opportunities for everyone in the building, not just the players on the field.
